(West Lafayette, OH) River Greens Golf Club held their Persimmon Open on Sunday morning. The tournament rules required that every competitor must strike their ball with a wooden headed club on all par 4’s and par 5’s. John Perkowski (Dover) won the even by firing a one over par 73. There were three who tied for second place: Skip and David Snider and Aaron Shanklin all shot 74. Tom Ross was 5th with a 78, Tim Shuck was sixth with an 81 Mark Waller and Tyler Davis were tied 7th at 82.
